Spotlight: How long have you been a bartender?
Olson: The only place I have cocktailed is O’Leary’s and I’ve been here for almost a year. Otherwise I had always worked at breakfast type restaurants.
Spotlight: What’s your go to drink?
Olson: My birthday is coming up in a couple days and a Sex on the Beach has always looked tasty to me.
Spotlight: What’s your favorite pick-up line?
Olson: The lamest and best pick up-line, if you can even consider it a pick-up line, was from a guy who came into O’Leary’s and told me if my boobs were a window he’d rub his face in them… I don’t know how that even made sense to him.
Spotlight: Do you have any good first date advice?
Olson: Don’t get wasted on the first date. I’ve seen some blind dates go very bad.
Spotlight: Tell us a little about yourself?
Olson: I’m originally from Brandon, MN and moved to Fargo-Moorhead about four years ago to attend MSUM in pursuit of biology with a health and medical science emphasis and a minor in mass communications. I love traveling and volleyball and most nights you’ll find me at O’Leary’s.
