For the last several years I’ve had a chance to travel across the U.S. and Canada experiencing the best steak houses throughout these countries. During my travels I carefully researched and developed a list of attributes that make a steak house great. A carefully crafted menu, an extensive wine selection, impeccable service in an elegant but cozy atmosphere and a unique bar. All are key ingredients for a memorable dining experience.
Those who know me understand that I had much fun along the way. With the Fargo area in mind, I had a vision to create a spectacular dining environment that would rival any. To complete that vision, I realized the beef we would serve needed to be in our complete control from the day it was born till the day it was served to our customers. We needed to raise our own cattle to accomplish this lofty goal of serving the finest tasting corn and grain fed Prime Beef. This is exactly what we do.
For a Private Dining experience for groups of up to 36, we offer a banquet room equipped with latest and greatest Audio/Video and Projection equipment.
