Kobe’s Japanese Cuisine
Sauce is the SOUL of the food.
A Japanese Cuisine restaurant that features Teppanyaki (Hibachi) cooking – a style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food – Kobe’s is the place to be for fresh sushi, delectable dishes, and live-cooking entertainment all within a Japanese-style atmosphere.
The chefs themselves add an entertainment value to the restaurant that is hard to find elsewhere. Specially trained in Asian style cooking through culinary schools, many have learned their skills from coastal cities including Los Angeles and New York City, thus offering an east coast / west coast style of entertainment to Fargo. These chefs have all the moves. While preparing your meal over a flat-top grill watch before your eyes as they juggle utensils, split an egg mid-air with a knife and ignite an onion-stacked Mt. Fuji into a flaming volcano.
Kobe’s takes pride in its wide variety of sauces that accompany the sushi. Carefully prepared and largely based on fruit and soy ingredients, sauce is considered to be the SOUL of the food bringing the flavor of Japanese style cooking to its fullest. s out the flavors and and brings out the flavor of Japanese style cooking to its fullest.
