The Red River Valley Speedway is revved up and ready to provide you with dirt-slinging, wheel-busting, fast-paced racing entertainment to get your summer going.
Quick facts:
The RRVS has been providing the area with racing entertainment for 35 years.
The dirt track is 3/8 of a mile long.
RRVS features racers from a 300-mile radius. These racers strive to make it into the competitive racing field. It’s a possibility that one of NASCAR’s next great racers will start here.
Up to 112 cars can race on a night.
Some of the types of cars that race at the RRVS include Sprint cars, NLRA late models, A-mods, D-mods, Super stocks and pure stocks.
The Sprint cars average 87 mph during a race.
The grandstand can seat 8,500 people on any given night and attendance averages around 2,000.
The Schatz family owns the Speedway. This family has a history of racing and son Donny joined the World of Outlaws racing team and has become of the premiere Sprint car racers in the world, racing now for Tony Stewart.
All the races are family-friendly. Most races include kids events like big wheel races with trophies.
There are three concession stands and a full bar where you can fuel up during the races.
The A-mods get an average of .5 miles per gallon during a race.

9th: Luther Family Buick/GMC presents the NOSA Sprints, Modifieds, Supers, B-Mods, Pure Stocks.
16th: Miller Lite andGerdau Ameristeel present the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars. Support class: B-Mods.
20th: Titan Machinery presents Tony Stewart Night! Tony Stewart does battle with the NLRA Late Models. Support Classes: Modifieds, B-Mods, Pure Stocks.
30th: NOSA Sprints, Modifieds, Supers, B-Mods.
